I’m Dana, a nutritionist, educator, and spin instructor; lover of nut butters, coffee shops, recipe testing, Amazon Prime, new workouts, and a great playlist.

I have a strong interest in promoting positive nutrition behaviors that are simple and sustainable. Working with individual clients and communities on embracing new health and wellness goals has become a passion of mine—one that I can’t quit. I’m always looking forward to approaching the health and wellness field in new, unique, and creative ways.

I wanted to create a space where I can share a balanced outlook on healthy living. My hope is to reach a broader audience and contribute interesting and informative articles to help you strive for your form of optimal health. I believe that in order to achieve such a balance, you have to do the following: eat, move, love, and learn.
